The Super Tock 4 is a board game where the objective is to move a player’s four pawns into the central zone of the board. Players use numbered cards from 1 to 7 to move their pawns clockwise around the circuit. Aces allow pawns to exit the starting zone, while special cards (10, 11, 12) have specific functions. Each player has a colored track and can capture opponent pawns by overtaking them on the circuit. Pawns can move freely within their own circuit but must achieve an exact total to enter the central zone. The first player to bring all four pawns into the central zone is declared the winner.

It’s a game of strategy, observation, tactics, and reflection—essential aspects for maintaining cognitive functions in individuals living with Alzheimer’s.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Dolls
Plush toys
Puppets
Weighted products
Robotic animals
Electronic products
Bowling items
Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
