A great new game including more than 900 charades with 6 levels of difficulty for the enjoyment of all your residents!

The game includes 6 decks of charade cards that participants have to perform for their teammates. The first level of difficulty is pretty easy as they are picture charades (like a spoon, a donut or a mouse). The second level includes charades that are easy-to-read and easy-to-act (sea horse, mailing a letter, snowboarding). The third one is slightly more challenging (golf, snowman, playing tag). The fourth one is a lot of fun as it is all about wacky animals and sayings (Three Blind Mice, A mountain out of a molehill, Cat Got Your Tongue?). The fifth one is jam-packed with everything from the world of entertainment (Goldfinger, Gone with the Wind, Marilyn Monroe) and finally the sixth deck of charades is a stroll down memory lane with themes from the 70s, 80s and 90s (Simon & Garfunkel, Thriller and more). The game includes a 30 second sand-timer, 6 decks of 60 cards, 1 spinner to keep everyone on their toes, 1 pencil, 1 score pad, 1 giant set of instructions featuring all the hand symbols you could possibly ever want to know!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Dolls
Plush toys
Puppets
Weighted products
Robotic animals
Electronic products
Bowling items
Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
