Description

The Stacking Beans offer a variety of ways to engage and stimulate older adults, whether they are independent or experiencing reduced mobility. This gentle, hands-on activity can be used to sort the beans by color, size, or texture, stack them to build the tallest tower, or recreate suggested patterns and sequences.

These simple yet rewarding exercises promote fine motor control, hand-eye coordination, and concentration, while providing a sense of accomplishment. Handling the beans and pods also helps strengthen hand stability and grip, supporting the maintenance of daily autonomy. The activity can be enjoyed individually, in pairs, or in small groups, encouraging sharing, conversation, and connection between participants and caregivers.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Dolls
  • Plush toys
  • Puppets
  • Weighted products
  • Robotic animals
  • Electronic products
  • Bowling items
  • Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
  • Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
  • Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
