The most efficient way to reassure anxious residents is to create a diversion verbally or by using an exterior stimulus. When you offer a resident a Talking Photo Album filled with pictures of his life and voices that are dear to him, this will help him reminisce about happier times in the past when he was in control of his life and surrounded by loved ones.

This superb imitation leather photo album holds 20 standard 5” x 7” photos.

All you have to do is insert photos in the transparent sleeves and record a 10 second message per photo. The recording mechanism is really simple. The quality of the sound is impressive. You can make the recording yourself but if you ask family members to bring photos and comment them while visiting or to prepare the album at home, the results will be even better.

When the resident opens the album and sees the photo, he has to press a button. Sticking a red dot on the button or writing “Push Here” is a good idea. He can then look at the photograph and listen to the message as often as he wishes.

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
