The Octaband is a fun, interactive tool promoting individuality and group cohesion through movement for people of all ages and abilities.

The stretchy material, bright colors, and innovative design stimulate self-expression, spontaneity, and awareness of others. The center circle provides a strong visual focus, and the 5 1/2” hem at the end of each arm allows those with limited grasping ability to participate.

The Octaband has been used with great success by dance movement therapists, recreation therapists, activities directors and occupational therapists. It has been found to be especially effective for use with elderly people with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias.

The Octaband is very adaptable, squeezing into smaller spaces by rolling the band around one’s arms several times, and expanding into larger spaces by pulling on the arms. The Octaband is made of 80% nylon and 20% spandex and is washable. Includes instructions on how to use the Octaband™.

Extends to 118” and can be used by 4 to 16 people. Weighs 1 lb, 9 oz.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Dolls
  • Plush toys
  • Puppets
  • Weighted products
  • Robotic animals
  • Electronic products
  • Bowling items
  • Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
  • Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
  • Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
