This anti-stress shoulder warp will provide instant comfort to your seniors!

We know how important the well-being of your residents is. Their chronic pain will be instantly relieved with this wrap using heat or cold therapy!

Made of soft textured velvet, this U-shaped wrap fits perfectly around the user’s shoulders and neck. The Anti-Stress Shawl provides superior heat retention and contains a blend of lavender, mint, eucalyptus, rosemary and clove essences. Hot or cold, you can use it as often as you like.

This therapeutic tool will give your residents a feeling of softness and relieve tension as soon as it touches their shoulders! Do your residents prefer it cold or warm? Adjust to their preferences!

To warm the shoulder wrap, place it in the microwave at high heat for 2 minutes. On the other hand, if you want to enjoy the benefits of the cold, place the shawl in the freezer for 2 hours in a plastic bag.

After a while, the fragrance may fade, which is normal. Simply add a few more drops to enjoy aromatherapy benefits again!

Warning: do not leave this product unsupervised in the microwave.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products between CDS Boutique (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) for all purchases made on our website or by phone.

2. Products

All products available for sale on our site or through our ordering channels are carefully described. In the event that you find additional information necessary for making an informed decision, it is your responsibility to contact us to obtain the required clarifications before proceeding with your order.

3. Non-returnable products for hygiene or specific customization reasons

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Dolls
  • Plush toys
  • Puppets
  • Weighted products
  • Robotic animals
  • Electronic products
  • Bowling items
  • Custom-made items by Création CDS (such as directional boards, Anecdote game, etc.)
  • Unsealed and/or used products

4. Right of Withdrawal

If, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with a product (other than those mentioned in Article 3), you can contact us to discuss possible solutions.

5. Product Returns

To return a product, you must:

  • Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No return will be accepted without this number.
  • Carefully pack the product to avoid any damage.
  • Return the item at your expense, along with the invoice, the reason for the return, and the Return Authorization Number.

6. Return Fees

A 10% fee of the product value will be charged to cover the return handling costs.

7. Return Processing

Once we have received the returned products in perfect condition, we will issue a credit note or, if payment was made by credit card, we will proceed with a refund.

8. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time of the order.
